½ pack of GOODY Orzo pasta
2 cans GOODY White Beans drained. Or use 2 cups of dry white beans soaked overnight
1 can of GOODY Tomatoes peeled and chopped.
1 medium sized onion, chopped
3 tsp garlic mashed
3-4 cubes of Goody chicken stock dissolved in 7 cups boiling water
2 bay leaves- salt and black pepper-white pepper-½ tsp red pepper flakes-¼ teaspoon dry basil
2-3 tsp Parmesan cheese grated
2 tsp parsley chopped
¼ cup olive oil


1.Heat olive oil and sauté onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and bay leaves for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and let mixture simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.Add the white beans to the tomato sauce then add the spices and chicken stock. Cover the pot and let the soup cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir the soup frequently.  Add ½ pack of the pasta to the soup and let the pasta boil till cooked.  Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley and turn off the heat. Stir the soup well and serve. 

•Note: This kind of soup varies based on the region in Italy. Some like it soupy, while others like it thicker. Some variations are much redder due to adding tomatoes and tomato paste while other variations are more orange in color. This depends on your personal taste and on the color and quantity of stock used in the soup.
