Ingredients

18 Katayef Doughs
1 bottle of Goody Arabic Syrup
4 tbsps​ Velor Canned Cream
2 tbsps ground pistachios
Oil for Frying
4 tbsps Date Spread
2 tbsps crushed hazelnut
4 tbsps Goody Natural Peanut Butter
2 tbsps crushed peanuts

Method

1.  For the cream stuffing: spoon the Katayef with 1 teaspoon of the cream and stuff with cream and close it fully then fry it. Soak fried Katayef in Arabic Syrup and transfer to a dish. Garnish with the ground pistachios

2.  For the rest of the Katayef quantity, form the Katayef by closing half of the Katayef and press to close one side to form a cone.
 
3.  Add the Arabic Syrup in a medium bowl. Heat the vegetables oil in a deep frying pan, and start frying the Katayef until golden in color. Soak the fried Katayef in Arabic Syrup and transfer to a dish.
 
4.  For the date spread stuffing: spoon the Katayef with 1 teaspoon of the date spread and garnish with dipping in the crushed hazelnuts. Repeat in 5 Katayef pieces.

5.  For the peanut butter stuffing: spoon the Katayef with 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter and garnish with dipping in the crushed peanuts. Repeat in 5 Katayef pieces.

6.  Lay the prepared Katayef in the serving dish and serve with Arabic syrup on the side. Serve.
