An easy and quick to make recipe; serve hot the kebab with smoked bell peppers with white rice and salad
2 spoons of Goody Mayonnaise with Ketchup
1 whole large Green Bell Pepper, divided in half and seedless
1 spoon of Vegetable Oil
½ kg Minced Beef
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper, fine
1 tsp Paprika
1 whole medium Onion, finely minced
½ bunch of Parsley, finely minced
1 whole Coal
1.Heat the oven at high temperature, and then add the bell pepper in a medium-sized sheet after greasing it with oil; place in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes until the pepper wilts, shrinks and blackens a bit.
2.In a deep bowl, put the minced meat, and add the spices (salt, black pepper and paprika), onion pieces, parsley and mayonnaise; mix the ingredients together well, then divide the mixture into fist-sized balls.
3.Place the Kebab balls on skewers; pressing them until they take a cylindrical form, and then place them in an oven sheet.
4.Place a piece of coal on the heat until it ignites, and then place it in a deep bowl; add a spoon of oil and place in the oven with the kebab sheet for 8 to 10 minutes to acquire the barbecue smell. Serve hot with white rice and tahini salad.
