¼  tsp of (black pepper – salt – sugar)
½  tsp sesame oil
1 cube of Goody chicken bouillon
4 cups of chicken, sliced
Oil for frying
¼  cup of flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp starch
1 egg
1 tbsp oil
½  cup of water
3 spoons of Goody clear honey
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsps Ketchup
3 tbsps of Goody white vinegar
2 tbsps salty soy sauce
2 tbsps sweet soy sauce
½  tsp salt
The Garnish
2 tbsps sesame, roasted
2 green onions, minced


  1. In a small bowl, mix the black pepper with the salt, sugar, sesame oil, chicken bouillon and vinegar, season the chicken with this mixture then leave it for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix all the dough ingredients by putting the flour, baking powder and starch in a deep bowl then stir in the egg, oil and water, knead it until the mixture is incorporated then dip the chicken pieces in it one after the other.
  3. In a saucepan, heat an abundant amount of oil then fry the chicken pieces until they are done, remove the pieces from the oil and place them on a kitchen paper to absorb the remaining oil.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together then pour the mixture in a small pot over high heat, stir until it boils then reduce the heat, leave it over low heat until it thickens then pour the mixture over the chicken pieces, stir slightly.
  5. Put the chicken pieces in a serving dish and garnish with green onions and sesame.

Boil Goody fettuccine pasta as shown on the package. After boiling, take a cup of the pasta’s boiling water, strain the pasta then pour the pasta’s boiling water over it, add two tablespoons of salty soy sauce and two tablespoons of sweet soy sauce; stir well then put the kindo chicken.
