Ingredients

Lahoh Mixture:

1 Tbsp Velor Powder Milk

1 cup of All-Purpose Flour

Water as needed

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil (to cook the Lahoh)

Filling:

1 can of Goody Peanut Butter

1 cup of Strawberry Jam

Garnish:

Goody Original Pancake Syrup

2 Bananas; cut into rings

Method

  1. To prepare the Lahoh, mix together the milk, flour and water until the mixture is as thick as buttermilk.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, then scoop the Lahoh mixture using the soup ladle, and pour it in the pan; spread it in order to form a pan-sized disc. Leave it for 3 minutes until it browns, and then flip it to brown the other side. Take it off the heat and repeat the process until the amount runs out.
  3. To form the Lahoh layers, place a layer of the Lahoh in the serving dish; grease with a tablespoon of peanut butter, then a tablespoon of strawberry jam, and then place another Lahoh layer. Repeat the process until the amount runs out, so that the layers resemble those of a cake.Garnish the Lahoh’s top with bananas then sprinkle the pancake syrup; and serve.
