3 cups of flour

5 tbsps of Velor powder milk
¼  tsp of salt

For garnish:
¼  cup of Goody clear honey
¼  cup of sugar, ground
¼  cup of nuts, ground


1.Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well using Kenwood cake mixer, put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
2.Prepare a pan over medium heat until it heats, grease the pan with oil, then put it over medium heat until it heats, pour a little of the mixture using a cup or a soup ladle while shaking the pan so that the mixture takes a circular form.Leave it on the heat until it browns and the edges begin to separate from the sides of the pan, turn it to brown the other side, remove from the heat then set it aside in a flat dish.Repeat the previous process until the amount of the mixture ends.
3.Place the Lahoh in a dish, garnish with nuts, honey and sugar and serve.
