½ 1kg lamb thigh
Marinating sauce:
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 small tsp cumin powder
2  tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
¼ cup Goody activities
½ tsp ginger, minced
½ tsp nutmeg
For backing:
½ cup water
¼ cup Goody white vinegar
Glaze sauce:
2 tbsp Goody Ketchup
1 tbsp Goody White vinegar
2 tbsp Goody honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 pack Goody Vermicelli, fried
1 small onion, chopped
2 Cubes Goody chicken broth
4 cups water
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp Mixed spices
½ Cup oil
For Garnish:
1 Can Goody check peas
1 potato, cubed
1 red onion, fried


1.Mix in a bowl mix seasoning sauce well.
2.Make openings in the lamb thigh using a knife from all sides. And fill it with the marinating mixture
3.Preheat oven to 200 degrees from the bottom and top.
4. Put thigh meat in the oven tray and add water, vinegar and cove it with foil, place it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200. Then adjust temperature to 180 degrees and leave the meat for an hour or until cooked meat
5. Mix the Glaze sauce ingredients well. Grease the lamb and place it uncovered in a heated oven at 180 degrees from the top. Bake for 15 minutes or until it is cooked and browned.
6.Vermicelli preparation method:In kettle dissolve chicken cubes in hot waterIn a heated pot, add oil until heated then Add onions and toss until golden. Then add chicken broth. Then add the spices and vermicelli and cover. Leave until water is absorbed.
7.Dish presentation:In a serving dish add the vermicelli add the lamb thigh on top.Mix together the garnishing ingredients and scatter it over the vermicelli and lamb.
