A great recipe; your family will adore it. Serve after garnishing the dish with chili flakes
1 Goody Large Elbow pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup onion, sliced and halved
½ cup green pepper, sliced
½ can Goody mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 jar Goody Napoletana pasta sauce
½ cup beef pepperoni, sliced
1 ball of fresh mozzarella
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili flakes to serve
1.Cook the pasta until al dente; 2 minutes less than the instructions on the packet.
2.In a large frying pan, heat the oil. Sauté the onions peppers, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Add the tomato sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir.
3.Put all the ingredients in an oven dish. Cut the fresh mozzarella into 12 pieces and place in the pasta mix. Sprinkle the cheddar and Parmesan on top. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180oC for 25 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle chili flakes on top and serve.
