Lasagna Soup

Enjoy the great taste of lasagna soup with ground beef, parmesan cheese and cream. Serve after garnishing it with ricotta cheese.

4 slices of Goody Pasta Lasagna
4 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes dissolved in 4 cups of water
1 Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 Goody Peeled Chopped Tomatoes  
1 spoon Olive Oil
1 Onion, minced
¼ kg ground beef
3 garlic cloves, mashed
1 tsp basil
1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 spoon Ricotta Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste


1.Break the lasagna slices into medium-sized pieces and boil them according to the instructions on the package; drain and then add a dash of olive oil.
2.In a pot over the heat, heat the oil and stir in the minced onion for 4 minutes until it becomes tender. Afterwards, add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic and basil; stir the mixture until it is cooked.
3.Add the tomatoes and cook the mixture for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes; remove the lid and leave the mixture over heat for an additional 10 minutes.
4.Add the lasagna, parmesan cheese and cream, and cook for a couple of minutes; afterwards, place the soup in the serving dish and garnish with ricotta cheese.
