1 ¼ cup of Powdered Milk
2 cups of Water
1 Tbsp of Starch
½ cup of Sugar
1 full package of Tea Biscuits
1. In the electric mixer, mix the chocolate mixture ingredients well, and then leave the mixture aside.
2. In a pot over the heat, add the white mixture ingredients, and then mix using the electric beater. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
3. In a glass sheet, place a layer of biscuits, and then pour half the white mixture over it. Repeat the process to get two layers of biscuits and white mixture.
4. Add the chocolate mixture over the biscuits prepared as a third layer and then refrigerate the sheet for two hours, and serve it cold.
