4 Tbsps of Pomegranate Molasses
1 can of Goody Fava Bean - Lebanese Mix
4 Tbsps of Yoghurt
2 Tbsps of Tahini
1. Put the beans in a small pot over the heat until it boils. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, tahini, pomegranate molasses and a little salt and black pepper.
2. Add the yoghurt mixture over the beans and stir to mix the ingredients together, and then add it in the serving bowl.
3. Garnish the dish with parsley, tomatoes and red onions. Sprinkle the top with a little olive oil and pomegranate molasses. Serve it with Lebanese bread.
