A light, delicious and easy to make recipe; add the rosemary, lemon juice, parsley, salt and black pepper then serve.
5 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes dissolved in 5 cups of Water
¾ cup of Goody Orzo
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
½ kg Chicken Breasts, skinned and diced
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
3 Garlic Cloves, mashed
1 Onion, minced
3 Carrots, diced
2 Celery Sticks, finely chopped
½ tsp Thyme, dry
1 Rosemary Stick
Juice of a whole lemon
2 Tbsps Parsley, minced
1.Heat a spoon of olive oil in a medium pot, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and then put them in the oil; stir for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden and leave them aside.
2.Heat the second spoon of olive oil; stir in the garlic, onion, carrots and celery for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture becomes tender. Add thyme and stir the mixture for a minute. Afterwards, add the chicken stock cube and leave the mixture to boil. Add the chicken pieces and the pasta, then leave the mixture over the heat for 10 – 12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Add the rosemary, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper and serve.
