1 cup of Black Lentils or Kosheri Lentils, boiled and drained
1 cup of Quinoa, boiled
Bunch of Parsley, minced
3 Green Onions, minced
2 Tomatoes, pulp removed and cut into small pieces
1 Cucumber, cut into small pieces
½ a bunch of Dill, minced
2 spoons of Fresh Mint, minced
1 Medium Lemon, squeezed
3 Tbsps Goody Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
1 Tbsp Goody Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsps Pomegranate Molasses
Salt to taste
1.In a deep bowl, mix the salad ingredients well.
2.In another bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together, then add them to the salad before serving them immediately and garnish the top with chickpeas, fried bread slices, and fried onions.
