1 kilo flour
3 cups Goody shortening
1 cup Velor powder milk
1 tbsp toasted sesame, grinded
1 tbsp toasted sesame
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp Mixed Ma’amoul spices
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
For the filling:
2 cup Goody date spread
Goody Chocolate
For decorating:
Sugar Icing


  1. In a pan over heat melt the shortening
  2. In bowl sift the flour and add sesame, spices, salt and milk powder. Add the shortening, and mix well until combined  Leave it on the side to cool slightly. Add the yeast and water and then Work the mixture and leave for an hour.Shape the Ma’amoul and stuff it with dates or chocolate. Bake in 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the Ma’amoul. After that remove it from the oven and let it cool. Arrange it the final dish and sprinkle icing sugar on top
