3 cups of White Flour, sifted
3 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk
3 Tbsps Olive Oil
1 tsp Black Cumin
Dash of Salt
1 Tbsp Yeast and 1 tsp Sugar, dissolved in 1 ¼ cup of Warm Water
1 kg Beef, finely minced
Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
Burger Sandwich:
1 pack of Goody Burger Sauce
Burger Cheese Slices
Lettuce, finely minced
1 Medium Tomato, sliced
½ cup of Pickles


To Prepare the Dough:
1.In a deep bowl, place all the dry ingredients, then mix the ingredients and add the warm water in which the yeast and sugar is dissolved. Knead the ingredients until you have a soft dough; leave it for a full hour until it ferments.
2.Divide the dough to 10 equal balls, and then roll out each piece in the form of medium-sized circles. Repeat the process until the dough amount ends; and then bake the dough pieces on a hot griddle until it browns.
To Prepare the Burger:
3.In a deep bowl, place the minced meat, salt and black pepper and mix well.
4.In a hot griddle, place the meat balls and press each ball using the burger maker or a flat spoon for a couple minutes or until the burger base turns golden.
To Prepare the Burger Sandwich:
5.Grease each bread piece with a tablespoon of Goody burger sauce, then put a meat piece, then top it in order with a cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve hot.

You can serve fried potatoes and salad beside the burger.
