Macaroni Conchiglioni with Chicken and Alfredo Sauce

20 - 25 pieces of Goody Macaroni Conchiglioni
1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
1 can of Goody White Pasta Sauce – Alfredo
2 cups of Boiled Chicken, chopped
2 cups of Ricotta Cheese
8 spoons of Creamy Cheese
2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 whole Egg, scrambled
- Heat the oven over a high temperature, and boil the conchiglioni according to the instructions on the package.
- In a medium non-stick saucepan, stir the mushrooms for 8 – 10 minutes, and then add them to a large bowl, adding the chicken, cheeses, Italian seasoning and egg, and stir the mixture.
- Place half the amount of the Alfredo sauce in a baking sheet, fill the conchiglioni with the chicken and cheeses mixture, and then place them over the Alfredo sauce in the baking sheet. Add the other half of the Alfredo sauce over the conchiglioni; cover and bake in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes. Add a little mozzarella cheese on top of the sheet; bake again for 8 – 10 minutes or until the cheese melts, and then serve.
