Ingredients

Meatballs:
2 spoons Olive Oil
½ kg mutton, minced
1 whole Egg, scrambled
1/3 cup of Bread Crumbs
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
For Pasta:
24 pieces of Goody Macaroni Conchiglioni
1 can of Goody Red Pasta Sauce-Napolitana
24 Meatballs
½ cup of Ricotta Cheese
2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
2 spoons of Parsley
1 whole Egg
 

Method

1.the Meatballs:Heat the oven at a high temperature; sprinkle a little oil over the baking sheet and place it in the oven to heat.
2.In a medium bowl, mix the meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper with your hands; then take a small amount of the meat, and shape it into a small ball; repeat the process until the amount ends. Arrange the meatballs in a hot baking sheet, so as to be 2 – 3 cm apart from each other. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes; flip it and leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes and then remove it from the oven.
3.Macaroni Conchiglioni: Heat the oven at a high temperature; sprinkle a little oil over the baking sheet and set it aside.
4.Boil the macaroni according to the instructions on the package; drain and then leave to cool for a while.
5.Mix all the cheeses together and then add the parsley and the egg; fill each conchiglioni with cheese and then add one meatball until the amount ends. Place them in the pre-prepared baking sheet, and top it with Napolitana sauce; afterwards, sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
