Enjoy the great taste of macaroni pizza with sauce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni; serve after cooling it a little.
½ pck of Goody Penne Lisce
1 can of Goody Red Pasta Sauce-Napolitana
2 whole Eggs, scrambled
2 spoons Butter, thawed
½ cup of Onions, chopped into squares
1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese
¾ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup of Pepperoni
- Heat the oven at a high temperature, and prepare the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Afterwards, mix it with the eggs and butter in a circular baking sheet, so that it will become the base for the pizza.
- Mix the onions with the Napolitana sauce and then add them to the sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on the top until it is entirely covered, and then add the pepperoni pieces.
- Cover the sheet with aluminum foil and insert some toothpicks, so that the aluminum foil will not stick to the cheese; bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Afterwards, remove the aluminum foil and return the sheet to the oven for 15 minutes until the top browns. Cool the sheet for 10 minutes before serving it.
