¼1 cups flour 
½ tsp baking soda 
¼ tsp salt 
¼1 cups sugar 
½ cup butter, room temperature 
2 large eggs 
4 tbsp Velor powder milk  dissolved in 1 cup of water 
½1 tsp vanilla 
½ cup high quality powder chocolate
For peanut butter icing:
200g cream cheese 
4 cups icing sugar 
1 tsp vanilla 
½ cup butter, room temperature 
2 tbsp Goody creamy peanut butter
For chocolate icing:
½2 cups icing sugar 
1/3 1 tbsp powder chocolate 
1/3 cup butter 
1 tbsp Velor powder milk dissolved in 1/3 cup of water 
1 tsp vanilla


1.    Preheat oven to ˚180. Fill cupcake tray with paper cups. Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
2.    In a mixing bowl, mix butter on medium speed till softened. Add sugar, mix. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla.Add flour mixture to butter mixture in 3 parts alternatively with milk in 2 parts. Sift chocolate, mix. Pour batter in cups, fill only ¾. Bake in oven for 20 – 25 minutes. 
3.    For peanut butter icing, beat cheese and butters well. Add vanilla and enough icing sugar to get creamy spreadable icing.
4.    For chocolate icing, beat all ingredients together well. For assembly, fill decorating bag with half amount peanut butter icing and half amount chocolate icing.
5.    Decorate each cupcake top.
