1 kg chicken filet chopped into small cubes 
½ cup milk 
½ cup hot sauce 
1 cup flour 
½ tsp salt 
1 tsp black pepper 
Abundant frying oil
Sauce ingredients: 
3 mashed garlic cloves 
1 small Goody hot sauce bottle 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp fish sauce 
1 cup Goody vinegar 
1 cup water 
¾ cup sugar


1.Soak the chicken in milk and hot sauce for 30 minutes or more.
2.Meanwhile, prepare the chicken sauce by simmering the garlic, water, vinegar and sugar in a pot for 10 minutes. Then, add the lemon juice and fish soya sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until most of the liquids evaporate and become like syrup.
3.Remove the chicken from the mixture and dip it in the flour after sprinkling salt and pepper. Discard the remaining flour.
4.Heat the frying oil and fry the chicken until it turns golden. Place on kitchen roll until the oil is absorbed.
5.Heat the sauce then place the chicken over it. Stir until the chicken is well-wrapped with sauce and place immediately in the serving dish.
