1 cup Goody Penne Pasta
3 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped 
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Red chilli powder
¼ cup chopped carrot, peas 
¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
½ tbsp Garam masala powder
¼ ¼ Black pepper powder 
1 cup Goody Arrabiata Red sauce 
Salt as needed 
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves 


1.In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 8 minutes or until al dente, reserve ¼ cup of pasta water. 
2.DrainOver medium heat, heat a pan with oil and temper with cumin seeds. Add garlic and give it a stir for half a minute.Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes until translucent, add the chilli, carrots, opeas, turmeric, garam masala and black pepper and mix well. Leave to cook for 2 minutes.Add the pasta sauce and cook for another 5 minutes add salt to taste if needed. Add the pasta and mix well. Leave to cook for 2 minutes
3.Add the pasta in a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped coriander.
