1 pack of Goody Pasta Fettuccine

1 Tbsp Butter

1 large Onion, minced

3 Chicken Breasts, slice into long strips (300g)

½ cup of Bell Pepper, diced

1 medium Carrot, grated

1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems

¼ cup of Goody Sliced Green Olives 

1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube

¼ tsp Lemon Salt

Salt, Black Pepper and White Pepper to taste

2 Tbsps Liquid Cheese

4 Tbsps Goody Mayonnaise

1 Velor Canned Cream Plain

½ cup of Parmesan Cheese

½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese

½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated


  1. Heat the oven at 250o
  2. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  3. In a pot over medium heat, heat the butter and add the onion pieces; stir for 4 minutes or until they turn golden; afterwards, add the chicken and stir for 12 minutes. Add the bell pepper, carrot, mushrooms, olives, chicken stock, lemon salt, salt, black pepper and white pepper; continue stirring until the vegetables wilt. Add the pasta to the mixture and stir for 3 minutes; then place the mixture in a medium-sized oven sheet.
  4. In a deep bowl, mix well the liquid cheese, mayonnaise, Velor cream and parmesan cheese, and spread it evenly over the surface of the pasta. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes until it browns and turns golden; serve hot.You can garnish the dish with vegetables such as parsley or basil.
