4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, diced (350g)

3 whole Potatoes, diced and fried


1 Tbsp Goody Mustard

2 Tbsps Goody Mayonnaise

3 Tbsps Goody Ketchup

1 Tbsp Goody Hot Sauce

½ Goody Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved ¼ cup of Water

Salt, Black Pepper and Cinnamon to taste

Parsley Leaves for Garnish


  1. Heat the oven at 250o
  2. In a bowl, mix well the sauce ingredients, and then season the chicken with the sauce. Cover the bowl with a nylon sheet and refrigerate it for one to three hours.
  3. Place chicken and potatoes in a medium-sized oven sheet, leave it in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
