¼ kg Minced Meat

3 Tbsps Flour

2 Tbsps Goody Vegetable Shortening

1 Onion, finely mashed

1 Garlic Clove, minced

2 Goody Canned Tomatoes

3 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes dissolved in 3 cups of Water

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

½ cup of Goody Vermicelli

1 sprig of Green Coriander for garnishing


  1. Shape the minced meat into balls and wrap with a light layer of flour. Afterwards, melt the shortening in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the meatballs until they are browned, and then take them out of the pot.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the shortening over the heat. After browning the onions slightly, stir in the tomatoes and leave them over the heat for 10 minutes until the tomatoes are thawed and become homogenous. Afterwards add the chicken stock, salt and pepper, and leave the mixture over the heat for another 10 minutes. Add the vermicelli and leave it over the heat until the soup is cooked.
  3. Pour the soup in the serving dish and garnish with coriander.

    *It can be served with lemon juice.
