2 Tbsps of Olive Oil
½ kg of Beef, minced
1 White Onion, minced
1 Bell Pepper, minced
1 Red Grape Juice
1 Tbsp of Goody Mustard
¼ cup of Goody Ketchup
Goody Hot Sauce to taste
1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
½ cup of Water


1.    In a pan over the heat, heat the olive oil, then the minced meat and stir, then add the onion and the bell pepper. Stir until the onions wilt.
2.    After the meat is cooked, add the grape juice, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, brown sugar, and spices and stir well, and then add the water. Cover the pot and let it simmer for half an hour.
3.    Stuff the sandwiches with this mixture and add the onion or pickle slices as desired.
