½ cup Goody vermicelli cut
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup Celery, minced
¼ cup Leeks, minced
½ cup Carrots, minced
1 can of Goody peeled and cut Tomatoes
1 can Goody backed beans
¼ cup baby Spinach
2 cubes Goody Chicken stock dissolved in 4 cups of water
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ cup kale, torn


1.In a large saucepan, heat olive oil; sauté the celery and leeks until they become translucent. Add the carrots and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the tomato, backed beans, spinach and add chicken stock; cook for 15 minutes and add the vermicelli; season with sea salt and pepper and boil for an additional 2 minutes until vermicelli is cooked. Add the torn kale leaves just before serving.
