1.In a big bowl, mix the minced beef with the bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, mustard, egg yolk, petit pan. Shape the beef into 8 small thin burger patties.
2.Spray a non stick grill pan and cook the burgers over high heat 4 minutes per side.
3.Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
