1 pack Goody strawberry gelatin

1 pack Goody cherry gelatin

⅔ cup sugar 

2 cups hot water

2 cups mixed berries juice

2 cups milk 

Plain biscuits

For the chocolate sauce:

70gm semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped

4 Tbsps butter, softened


  1. Dissolve the gelatin and sugar in hot water and keep aside until cool.
  2. In large bowl, mix cooled gelatin, berries juice and milk until combined then freeze for 2 hours.Remove the bowl from the freezer and beat using and electrical mixer until smooth return the bowl and freezer for up to 6 hours.
  3. Place chopped chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl, place the bowl over a sauce pan of simmering hot water and stir until the chocolate and butter are melted. 
  4. Remove the ice cream from freezer and leave for 5 minutes before scooping.Using a 2 inch ice cream scoop, scoop ice cream on to desks of plain biscuit and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
