Enjoy preparing and eating the Musakhan rolls stuffed with the chicken mixture and garnished with sumac. Serve with mayonnaise yogurt sauce.

1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 boiled chicken, plucked
3 Tbsps Pomegranate Molasses
1 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes dissolved in ½ cup of water
3 tsps Sumac
1 cup of Pine Nuts, roasted
12 Saj Breads
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 can of Yogurt
2 tsps Goody Mayonnaise
2 tsps Sumac


1.Fry the onions in a pot over medium heat; then add the chicken, salt, pepper, chicken stock and pomegranate molasses. Leave the mixture over the heat until it dries, and then add sumac and pine nuts.
2.Cut the Saj breads in form of squares size 15 cm. Place the chicken mixture; roll and stack in an oven baking sheet. Place in the oven for 10 minutes; take the rolls out of the oven and place them on the serving dish; garnish with sumac. Mix the sauce ingredients and place it in a small dish; serve with the Musakhan.
