1 can of Goody Canned Tomatoes
½ bunch of Green Coriander
½ bunch of Dill
1 can of Tomato Paste
Juice of 3 Lemons
3 Tbsps Pomegranate Molasses
1 Tbsp of Mint, dry
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 tsp Lemon Salt
2 large Onions
3 cups of Egyptian Rice, washed
3 Potatoes
1 can of Goody Grape Leaves
½ cup of Olive Oil
½ cup of Pomegranate grains


1.Mince all the ingredients and mix them together except the potatoes, the grape leaves and the rice. Add the rice to the mixture; cut the potatoes into slices and place them in a pot.
2.Roll out a grape leaves, and divide each of them into four sections to obtain small wrapped grape leaves. Place a sufficient amount of the mixture in each section, and wrap it. Stack the wrapped grape leaves over the potatoes; cover with water and sprinkle olive oil. Put the pot over high heat for 15 minutes, then lower the heat and leave it for an hour and a half. Place the stuffed grape leaves in the serving dish, and garnish pomegranate grains.
