It’s an indispensable, traditional and sweet dish at the Moroccan table.
2 cups of Couscous
2 cups of boiling water
2 tbsps of Goody vegetable margarine
1 can of Goody peach
2 tbsps cinnamon
2 tbsps sugar powder
2 tbsps nuts
1.Put couscous in a deep bowl then add the boiling water, cover the bowl then leave it aside for 10 minutes.Remove the lid, stir the couscous using a spoon to make sure that it is done and it did not stick together.
2.Put the couscous over the heat then stir in the margarine, stir well until they are incorporated and the couscous absorbs the margarine.
3.In a serving bowl, put the couscous in a beautiful artistic manner then garnish with the peach, cinnamon, sugar powder and nuts.
