3 eggs
3 tsp of water
1 ½ tsp of corn starch sifted 
250 grams of soft cream cheese at room temperature
1 clove of chopped garlic
2 Goody Salmon “Smoked” sifted
Salt and black pepper as desired
1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill


1.    Beat 1 egg in a small bowl with a teaspoon of water and half a teaspoon of corn starch and season the mixture with salt and pepper
2.    Heat a pan over the fire and lightly coat it with oil. Add the mixture of egg and leave on medium heat and combine the sides in the middle until it’s done. Leave the Omelet for 2 minutes in the pan and then transfer it to cooling rack and repeat them again with the rest of the eggs with the same amounts to get 3 omelettes.
3.    Place each omelette on a sheet parchment paper on a flat shelf. Mix the cheese with salmon, pepper, salt and garlic. Divide evenly on the omelettes and roll but be careful not to cut the omelette and use the parchment paper to help you roll the omelettes.
4.    Served with bread and light green salad for perfect breakfast. You can eat this dish cold or hot as desired.
