1 cup Espresso, sugar added optional
1 cup Sugar
5 cans Velor cream
40-45 lady fingers
Zest of 2 Oranges
4 tbsp Chocolate powder
1. In a bowl, beat cheese, cream and sugar well till sugar dissolved and cream thickened. Add Orange zest, fold.
2. Wet 1/3 fingers in Coffee on both sides, arrange in rectangular 15cm deep pan to cover base. Pour 1/3 cream over. Repeat layers till all done. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
3. Dust with Chocolate before serving.
