1 package of Goody Penne Lisce
1 cup of Goody Mayonnaise with Chili
3 tbsp  of Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 whole Small Green Hot Pepper, minced to taste
½ Medium Green Bell Pepper, sliced
½ Medium Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 whole medium Carrot, finely sliced
¼ tsp Black Pepper, crushed
½ tsp Coarse Salt
1 tsp Oregano


1.Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, and then set it aside.
2.In a deep pan, heat the oil over the heat; add the garlic and leave it for a minute or until turns golden; afterwards, add hot pepper, bell peppers, carrot, salt and black pepper; stirring constantly. Add the pasta and continue to stir, and then add the mayonnaise with chili and the oregano; stir until the ingredients are mixed well. Serve hot.
