Pasta with Zucchini and Shrimps

4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

200g zucchini, julienne

200g baby shrimps, peeled

salt and pepper to taste

1 pack of Goody Fusilli pasta

¼ cup parsley, finely chopped


  1. In a pan on medium heat, add oil then add garlic. Add the zucchini and leave to sauté for few minutes. Add Shrimps and sauté for a few minutes until it changes it color. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside
  2. In a large pot of salted water, bring to a boil and add the pasta shells. Cook for 7 minutes until it is Al Dente (slightly softened but still firm). Drain and add to the zucchini and shrimps mix.
  3. Add the pasta in the serving plate and garnish with the parsley. Serve
