For the dough:
500g flour
7gm instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
120ml warm water
1/3 cup oil
¼ cup milk powder
1 egg
For the stuffing:
Tuna Stuffing
1 can Goody Tenderina
½ cup Goody Squeezable Mayonnaise
1 green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup green peppers, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Stuffing:
½ cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
½ cup Goody Mayo with chili
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Hot Dogs Stuffing:
½ cup cooked Hot Dogs, sliced
½ cup Goody Mayo Ketchup
¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice


1.Dissolve yeast in water in a small bowl and set aside until foamy (about 10
minutes). Combine flour, milk powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the
oil, egg and yeast mixture and stir until dough forms. Turn dough out onto
a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, 10-15 minutes. Shape
dough into a ball, dust with flour, then transfer to a large clean bowl.
Cover bowl with a clean damp kitchen towel and set aside in a warm spot
to rest until dough has doubled in volume.
2.For each stuffing: In a 3 separate mixing bowls, mix each stuffing ingredients until well combined
3.Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Lightly grease a sheet pan with some
vegetable oil and set aside.
4.Turn dough out onto a clean surface, divide into 16 pieces, and shape eachpiece of dough into a ball.
5.Add the stuffing and fold the dough to form half a circle, close the tip with water and press with the back of the fork to seal the edges. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing.
6.Lay on a baking tray, brush with oil and place in the oven for 20 minutes until the mu’aganat are cooked and golden in color. Serve.
