4 Egg whites
1 cup Castor Sugar
2 tsp Goody natural cane vinegar
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
1sachet Goody top whip chocolate flavor
½ cup Cold milk
2 tins Goody peaches sliced drained
2 tbsp Goody pure honey squeezable
¼ cup Flaked almonds toasted
1.Preheat oven to 135 C / 275 F / Gas 1
2.In a clean bowl whisk the egg white and salt until stiff and peak formed.
3.Add the sugar little at the time, whisking until very stiff and glossy, then Beat in the cornflower, vinegar and vanilla
4.Butter a foil dish 22 cm and fill with the meringue, hollow out the to form a nest shape
5.Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, remove and cool.
6.Prepare the choc whip according to instructions and fill meringue nest, top with drained peach slices, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almonds. Serve
