½ cup of Butter

½ cup of Goody Smooth Peanut Butter

½ cup of White Sugar

½ cup of Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

¾ cup of All-Purpose Flour

½ tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Baking Powder

¾ cup of Oat


¼ cup of Goody Smooth Peanut Butter

2 spoons of Whipping Cream

½ cup of Caster Sugar


Powdered Sugar


  1. Heat the oven at 180o
  2. Whisk the butter with the peanut butter, caster sugar and brown sugar in the electric stand mixer at medium speed, and then add the eggs and vanilla and continue to whisk for 5 minutes until the mixture is mixed and incorporated. Mix the dry ingredients together by hand in a separate bowl, then add the creamy mixture and continue to mix for 10 minutes until the mixture is incorporated.
  3. Form small balls of the same size using a spoon, and then slightly press their surface using a fork until they become flat. Place them in an oven sheet and bake them for 30 minutes until they turn golden.
  4. Mix the filling ingredients in the electric stand mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes until they are incorporated. Add a tablespoon of the mixture over half the amount of cookies and then stick every two cookie pieces together; place them in the serving dish and garnish with a dash of powdered sugar and serve.
