Serve your guests a distinct pyramid of the delicious date balls beside the tasty Arabic coffee.
1 cup of Sumac, coarse
1 cup of Powder Milk
½ cup of Goody Date Spread
1 can of Velor Canned Cream Plain
3 Tbsps Goody Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup of Tea Biscuits, crushed
½ cup of Cinnamon Biscuits, finely ground
1.In a pan over medium heat, roast the sumac and powder milk until it turns yellow; stir constantly in all directions so it will not burn, and then place the mixture in a deep bowl.
2.Add the date paste, cream, peanut butter and crushed biscuits to the sumac, and knead well with your hands until you obtain an incorporated form. Start shaping the dough into balls of equal size, and then dip and cover them with the ground cinnamon biscuits from all directions. Stack the dates in the serving dish in the form of a pyramid.
3.Using a water bath or microwave, melt the chocolate spread, and garnish the pyramid with random lines of melt chocolate.
You can sprinkle the remaining biscuit mixture before garnishing.
