The popular breakfast dish has become even tastier! Peanut butter, banana and honey…… great combination.
2 tbsp Velor milk
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
8 toast slices or 1cm baguette slices
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
2 ripe banana slices
1. In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, milk, water, sugar,vanilla and cinnamon, mix well. Dip in 8 toast slices or 1cm baguette slices on both sides.
2. In a shallow pan, heat butter and oil. Cook bread slices on each side for 2 minutes or till golden. Place on ungreased oven pan and bake in moderate oven for 20 – 30 minutes or till crunchy. Spread each slice with Goody peanut butter.
3. In serving plate, place peanut buttered French toast and arrange 2 ripe banana slices on top. Drizzle with Goody honey.
