Nonstick baking spray
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup oats
2 tsps chia seeds
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup Goody Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsps vegetable oil
1 large egg white
30gm bittersweet chocolate, melted 


1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 22-by-33cm baking dish with aluminum foil with a 2.5-cm overhang on all sides. Spray lightly with baking spray. 
2.In a medium bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, chia seeds, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. 
3.In another medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, vegetable oil and egg white. Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until creamy. Add the dry ingredients and beat on low until wet and sandy.
4.Place the dough into the prepared pan and press into an even layer. Bake for 25 minutes golden in color. Let cool completely. 
5.Drizzle with the chocolate. Let the chocolate harden and break into eighteen 5cm square pieces.
