The Peanut Granola Quest Bars is a new and wonderful recipe that you will enjoy preparing. Serve it with coffee or cappuccino
½ cup of Goody Chunky Peanut Butter
½ cup of Goody Natural Honey
2 Tbsps Butter
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
2 cups of Oats
Crushed Peanuts, to taste
Chopped Urticaceae (Prunus Spinosa) to taste
Dash of Salt and Cinnamon
1 tsp Linseed
1 tsp Shea
1 tsp Pumpkin Seed
1.In a pan over medium heat, place the peanut butter, honey, butter, and brown sugar; then melt them in order to be incorporated well with each other. Add the oats, peanuts and chopped uritcaceae, and continue to stir well. Sprinkle the cinnamon, salt, linseed, shea and pumpkin; and stir the ingredients.
2.In a sheet wrapped in parchment paper, pour the flour, and then press it with your hand until it forms a mold. Refrigerate the mold for 2 hours until it is cold and incorporated.
3.Take the mold out of the refrigerator, cut the granola into small biscuit-size squares and rectangles.
Keep the granola mold in a dry cold place.
You can serve it with many hot drinks, such as coffee or cappuccino.
