1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 White Onion, finely sliced
1/2 Bell Pepper, finely sliced
1 Beef Sirloin Steak, cut into thin 2-ml slices
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Provolone Cheese Slices
2 Tbsps Goody Black Truffle Mayonnaise
1 loaf of Samoli Bread
1. In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil, and then add the onion and green pepper slices. Fry for 3 minutes until they wilt, and then place them in a side dish.
2. Use the same pan over high heat, season the meat slices with salt and pepper, then place 5 – 6 slices in the pan, flip them from 45 seconds to a minute until they turn golden. Using a flat ladle, try to cut the meat into smaller slices.
3. Add onion, bell pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the steak, and stir together for 30 seconds. Place 2 or 3 slices of cheese over the meat. Cover the pan until the cheese melts and take the pan off the heat.
4. Coat the Samoli bread with the Goody Black Truffle Mayonnaise, then place the steak and serve it hot.
