Crispy Crumb Layer:
1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of Flour, sifted
50g Butter, at room temperature
Small dash of Salt
2 cups of Flour, sifted
½ tsp Salt
2 tsps Baking Powder
150g Butter, Soft
¾ cup of Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Whole Eggs, at room temperature
2 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 2/3 cup of Water at room temperature
1 can of Goody Pineapple Tidbits, drained

1.Heat the oven at 180oC.
2.Grease a rectangular cake mold with butter and line it with parchment paper.
3.Using an electric mixer, mix the ingredients of the crispy crumb layer to form an incorporated mixture.
To Prepare the Cake:
4.In a deep bowl, start mixing the cake’s dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking soda).
5.In an electric mixer, mix the butter, sugar and vanilla for 4 minutes until an incorporated creamy mixture is formed; afterwards, add the eggs to the mixture and whisk for a couple of minutes. Gradually add the milk to the dry cake mixture; stirring constantly. Turn off the mixer and add the pineapple tidbits to the mixer and stir it gently with your hand.
6.Pour the cake mixture in the mold, and then cover it with the crispy crumb layer. Put the mold in the oven for 45 minutes.

Idea: you can add Goody canned peaches instead of pineapples.
