Enjoy the great taste of pineapple dessert; delicious layers of cake, cheese and cream caramel; try it out and your kids will love it.
1 cup of Velor Powder Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup of shredded Coconut
½ cup of Sugar
¾ cup of Oil
1 spoon of Baking Powder
1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
10 pieces of Cream Cheese
1 can of Goody Pineapple Sliced
1 can of Soda Drink
2 envelopes of Cream Caramel (Powder only)
1.Heat the oven at very high temperature; mix the cake ingredients using an electric mixer until the mixture becomes smooth (don’t worry if the mixture is liquid, it will hold together in the oven). Pour the mixture in a rectangular baking sheet size 35 X 20; bake the cake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cake’s edges become golden without browning the cake’s top. Afterwards, take it out of the oven, leaving only the top fire turned on.
2.Mix the cheese ingredients with a blender until it becomes smooth, and then pour it on top of the cake. Put it in the oven on the first rack while reducing the temperature, so that the cheese layer thickens without being browned, and then take it out of the oven.
3.Place the sliced pineapple over the cheese layer while it’s hot.
4.Put the cream caramel ingredients in a pan over the heat and let it boil, stirring constantly. Afterwards, remove it from the heat while stirring constantly, and then pour the cream caramel slowly over the pineapple; leave it for a bit to cool. Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours.
