Make your breakfast sweeter by the tastiest pancake with the lovely pineapple flavor.
1 ¾ cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup Velor powder milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1 large can of Goody pineapples
¼ cup oil for frying
Goody pancake syrup, original
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, Velor milk, vanilla and salt) then add the liquid ingredients (eggs, water and oil), mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Strain the Goody canned pineapples and put them on kitchen sheets to dry completely.
- Heat a wide pan then add the frying oil, when it heats, dip the pineapple rounds in the pancake mixture, put them in the pan and fry them on both sides over a medium heat, you can put 4 to 5 rounds at a time depending on the pan’s size, remove from the heat and put them on kitchen sheets.Arrange the pancakes in the serving dish, serve with Goody pancake syrup.
