1 pack Goody Special Fettuccini
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Small onion finely chopped
1 can Goody Pasta Rosee Sauce
salt and pepper
¼ Teaspoon chili flakes,
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided
Chopped Parsley for garnishing
500 g Chicken beast, thinly sliced
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup flour
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
3 cup vegetable oil


1.In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta to cook for 10 minutes until cooked through, drain.
2.Cover the chicken breast with flour then egg then inot the bread crumbs.
3.In small batches fry in deep pan medium to low, until golden. After frying cut thim into small pieces.
4.heat olive oil in pan sauce add garlic and onion until the onion is translucent. Then add the pink sauce. Add salt , pepper and chilli flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add half of the parmesan cheese and chicken strips. Add the cooked pasta. Mix well. Remove from heat and leave to cool down. Garnish the rest of the parmisan and fresh parsley.
