1 pack boiled Goody Linguini pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 medium-sized chopped onions
3 mashed garlic cloves
250 g. minced meat
1 can Goody chopped mushrooms 
2 cups dried and chopped tomatoes 
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbsp Goody natural sugar cane vinegar
2 cups cream
1 can Goody sweet peas
½ cup fresh basil, coarsely chopped


1.Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2.Heat the oil in a large pot and add the onions and garlic. Stir until the onions become browned.Add the meat and mushrooms and keep cooking until the water dries up. Then, add the tomatoes, thyme, vinegar and cream and stir all ingredients. Simmer without a covering for 5 minutes. Add the sweet peas and basil then add half the amount of cheese and half the cream mixture. Mix well with the pasta.When serving, place the pasta in the serving dish and pour the remaining cream mixture on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and garnish the dish with basil leaves.
