¼ cup raw shelled pistachios
¼ cup whipping cream powder
¼ cup cold water
1 Sachet Cofique Cappuccino
1 tbsp pistachio, roughly chopped for serving
1 cup boiling water
1.In the blender, add the raw pistachios and bend until powdered.
2.Whisk the whipping cream powder and cold water using an electric whisk until soft peak. Fold in the pistachio powder gently until well combined.
3.In the serving mug, add 2 tablespoons of the pistachio whipped cream, add the cappuccino sachet and pour over hot water and mix.
4.Top with the remaining whipped cream and garnish with chopped pistachio. Serve.
