Pistachio Cupcake with White Chocolate Cream

2 cups of flour
½ cup of sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ can Velor sweet condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp Velor powder dissolved in 1\2 cup water
½ cup of pistachio, ground and unsalted
1 tsp baking soda+ 1tsp vinegar
For garnish:
¼  cup of cream
¾ cup of grated white chocolate ( good quality)
Strawberry for garnish (optional)


1.Put the first 4 ingredients into a cake beater and mix, then add condensed milk and eggs respectively while whisking after each addition, then add milk and pistachio and stir with wooden spoon.
2.In a small cup, mix the baking soda with vinegar then immediately pour over the mixture and manually stir.
3. Pour the mixture into a cupcake  sheet with cupcake liners (approximately 15 pieces) and bake in oven ( 375 F- 180 C) for 17 to 20 min, remove from the oven and the cupcake from the sheet, place over a rack to cool.
4.To prepare the white chocolate cream: heat the cream until it begins to smoke without boiling, remove from heat, add chocolate and stir till it melts. Garnish the cake pieces with cream and put a strawberry over each one, then serve.
